Jeanee founded The NaturaLook Institute of Permanent Makeup in 1999 and has made the application and training of permanent cosmetics her sole specialty. She is a progressive artist and active trainer offering both fundamental and advanced courses in the art of permanent cosmetics in her La Jolla, CA and Las Vegas, NV centers. In 2012 she began formulating colors and created True Colors™ pigments. As a proud member of The American Academy of Micropigmentation and Nouveau Contour Professional Partner, she has become a leader in the field of innovation and natural micropigmentation artistry.

Lesa Fraker, M.D., PhD, FACEP, FAARM is a board certified emergency medicine physician. She received medical school and surgical training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and emergency medicine training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. After ten years in Chicago, she moved to New Mexico, where she was the Chief of Staff and the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital in Taos. She opened her first urgent care clinic – ultiMED, in Angel Fire, and has since expanded to Red River, Santa Fe and Rio Rancho. She became interested in the new field of anti-aging medicine and has completed fellowship training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Additionally, she received fellowship training in Aesthetics Medicine through the A4M and opened an aesthetic/age management clinic – ultiSkin. She has a passion for melding eastern and western medicine into this new technologically advanced yet creative specialty. She has been working with clients in Santa Fe, NM to help them achieve their aesthetic goals for over 12 years and is excited to expand her work to Southern California.

Fabianna has a sincere passion to help women improve their image, and more importantly, feel good about themselves overall. She began assisting Jeanee in her business in 1997 and has been an integral influence in NaturaLook from its inception in 1999 in many capacities. The exposure to the art and application of permanent makeup had a very strong influence on Fabianna and under the guidance of her mentor Jeanee Lusby, Fabianna learned and mastered the art of permanent makeup. Fabianna has been an artist since 2010, as a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and is a well skilled NaturaLook trainer and artist.

Kristin began her career at NaturaLook as Patient Counselor, educating and guiding potential clients through the permanent makeup process. A former client of Jeanee Lusby’s, she had experienced the benefits of permanent makeup firsthand and wanted to share it’s life-changing effects with others. As an artist, having sold her line of jewelry and leatherwork in galleries across the country, her unique skill sets in design and creative solutions eventually led her to take over the marketing department. She manages the website, online store, social media channels, video content and print materials for the company and serves as a liaison at industry events. She holds a BA from the University of California San Diego in Human Development with a minor in Art History and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Diego State University.
